Hi Justin G, as much as I enjoy disappointing 1000s of interwebs-goers by refusing to post artists’ information, on this occasion I actually don’t know, and really wish I did as I would actually have posted that info when I posted the image and I wouldn’t be geting several questions a day about it.
As far as i can gather, they are a one-off and are not for sale anywhere, but maybe some clever person will see how popular they have become and start manufacturing them for sale.
